About Us
The principal toxicologist of our firm is Jane S. Allen, Ph.D., Diplomate
of the American Board of Toxicology. Dr. Allen received her B.A. (Phi
Beta Kappa) and Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin and did postdoctoral
work at Yale University School of Medicine. She has been involved for
25 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, occupational, and ag/chem
toxicology, most recently as Director of Toxicology at GlaxoSmithKline.
Her responsibilities have included regulatory strategy, assessment
of lead compounds, and non-clinical international development plans,
as well as line management. Dr. Allen is experienced in preparation
of successful regulatory documents, licensing, due diligence, and presentations
to the FDA.
Her standing among toxicological professionals is reflected in her
election to offices in international toxicology societies. Dr. Allen
is an author of numerous publications and abstracts and has served as
reviewer for prestigious international toxicological journals including
Fundamental and Applied Toxicology, Environmental and Molecular Mutagenesis
and Mutation Research. She has served as a reviewer for EPA research
efforts and for EPA graduate fellowships.
She has exceptionally strong skills in scientific management, including
problem identification and resolution, coaching of individuals, assessments
of corporate vulnerability to scientific fraud, customized performance
evaluations, and customized GLP compliance training.

support.
